issue:
when you install Agile Controller in multiple SC scenario , testing the communication failed from SC to SM ,and i can ping from SC to SM , but test failed . It's so strange issue.
Handling progress:
Check server firewall , find firewall is enable ,and the server system has been reinfored by security software .
So we cannot shutdown the system firewall .
Then create a new rule for SC to SM on both servers .permit SC to SM ,and same as SM to SC
Then test communication again , it's successful .
root cause :
when you install only SC ,and connect with SM , you should enable a security permit rule for SC and SM communication .
