Symptoms

Scenario 1: The time server is properly connected. The alarm is not automatically cleared 

Cause

1.       Open the LMT and login the SBC ;check the statue ;from the NTP server to SBC

2.       Forcible time synchronization is configured. The synchronization period is 1 minute.

3.       Check the result :

Rootcase

After the NTP server finished configure; The time synchronization period is set to the default value.

Method introduction & Solution

1. Log in to the SBC by referring to the guide.

2. Delete redundant routes in the SBC.

Conclusion

1. The time server can be configured on the eSBC.

2. After the interconnection is configured, configure the time threshold and forcible synchronization on the LMT.
