Hello,
I am an employee at "algerie telecom" and we have a metro loop switches Huawei S0306 & S9303, we heve detect a problem, if we plug in a port FE or GE into one of the switches on the unconfigured port it created a disturbance and block all traffic, which is the solution thank you

Check STP port status after plugging in the cable in the new port.
