S9300 - V100R003C00SPC200 lost configuration and license after power off more than 1 day.

After saving configuration and power off for 1 day, device can't recover configuration.
Root Cause
Some shipments of LE02MCUA boards has a battery hardware defect. After a while the battery is completely discharged and when device turned off from the power supply for more than one day, the device can't recover the configuration and license, because recover information belong to RAM. RAM needs constant power supply.Solution
To solve the problem - upgrade S9300 to V1R6.
