Is this possible?

I have a pair of S7706 in VSS, connected to x3 CISCO routers using Eth-trunks, (so x2 interfaces are used per router), which are doing all the routing to the internet via BGP etc.

I have a simple OSPF neighbourship between the x3 routers and the S7706 devices and everything seems to be working great, wepages load for clients fine etc etc.

However with a client VPN session over this link it occasionally drops a connection. With a S2S VPN I struggle to get it established.

I think it's caused by assymetric routing between the Huawei switch and the CISCO routers, but I can't figure out how to setup ECMP on the S7706

Can anyone advise if it's possible, and if so how?

Cheers

Rich

Hi @richp,
Since you stack the two S7706 switches, so, they two switches could be considered as a single one.
For ECMP, it automatically enabled when the multi routes have the same cost.
Based on your scenario, it could load balancing the traffic when S7706 stack learns the same routes from the more than one Ciscco router.
