S6720 - Can't assign an IP address to the sub-interface

I follow this steps  in "8.6 Configuring a Dot1q Termination Sub-interface to Implement Inter-VLAN Communication" avaliable in http://support.huawei.com/enterprise/br/doc/DOC1000112303 but dont work:

Procedure
Run:
system-view
The system view is displayed.

Run:
interface interface-type interface-number
The interface view is displayed.

Run:
port link-type { hybrid | trunk }
The link type of the interface is set.

Run:
quit
Exit from the interface view.

Run:
interface interface-type interface-number.subinterface-number
The sub-interface view is displayed.

Run:
ip address ip-address { mask | mask-length } [ sub ]  !!!!!!!! COMMAND NOT AVALIABLE !!!!!
An IP address is assigned to the sub-interface. 

Run:
dot1q termination vid low-pe-vid [ to high-pe-vid ]
Dot1q termination is configured on the sub-interface.

Sub-interfaces of different main interfaces can be associated with the same VLAN, but sub-interfaces of the same main interface cannot be associated with the same VLAN.

Run:
arp broadcast enable

"ip address ip-address { mask | mask-length } [ sub ]" should be configured at a layer 3 interface, so you need to switch the port to layer 3 interface, you can run the command "undo portswitch" to switch to layer 3 interface.

I upgrade to V200R009C00SPC500 and IP command works but IPv6 is not avaliable in sub-interface.
