S5731-S48P4X - rebooting automatically

i have this new switch s5731 and it is restarting automatically. Not getting stable.

Kindly advice.

Hi, friend!

According to the symptom provided by you, your error is caused by a DDR error. You are advised to contact the TAC center to check whether the hardware is damaged.
