[Root Cause]

1 their uplink is abnormal with up/down for sw1 and sw2 devices

2 the status of Root-Bridge is abnormal lead to the tc packets for sw1

[Solution Description]

1 suggest to test the uplink that connect to Cisco maybe change the network cable by new cable.

then apply below configuration to 0/0/8 in two HUAWEI switches sw1 and sw2 the way is for HUAWEI switch connect with cisco switch.

[]Interface g 0/0/8

[]stp agreement-legacy

[]stp no-agreement-check

2 suggest to set a stable Root-Bridge  the root bridge temporary is other switch  in sw1

Too many TC messages indicate that the interfaces in the network are unstable and constantly oscillating, which will seriously affect the stability of the customer network.

When deploying a spanning tree protocol, you are advised to enable TC protection and configure all interfaces connected to terminals as edge ports. These measures prevent state changes of some interfaces from causing flapping and re-convergence on the entire network

Although the root bridge of a spanning tree is usually and automatically calculated, you can also manually configure a root bridge or secondary root bridge. The following provides more details regarding configuring a root bridge or secondary root bridge:•Configuring a root bridge: A spanning tree can have only one effective root bridge. When two or more devices are specified as root bridges for a spanning tree, the device with the smallest MAC address is elected as the root bridge.
•Configuring a secondary root bridge: You can specify multiple secondary root bridges for each spanning tree. When the root bridge fails or is powered off, a secondary root bridge becomes the new root bridge. If a new root bridge is specified, the secondary root bridge will no longer be the root bridge. If there are multiple secondary root bridges, the one with the smallest MAC address becomes the root bridge of the spanning tree.

To transparently transmit untagged BPDUs, run the port default vlan command on the inbound and outbound interfaces of the BPDUs.

To transparently transmit tagged BPDUs, run the port default vlan command on the outbound interface of the BPDUs.
