1、Download the latest software in website

2、If you want to use 2 switches for redundancy, every user should access to 2 switches.

For Edemon, it supplies two ports connecting to each switch.

3、Any other problems, you can contact with Huawei engineers.

1、Our suggestion is V200R006C00 version, this version will be released at the end of this month.

2、I think there's Huawei branch in local area, you can contact them firstly.
