Switches do not support built-in portals anymore. Related instructions are also described in this chapter Licensing Requirements and Limitations for NAC Common Mode.
The switch supports 802.1X authentication, MAC authentication, and external Portal authentication for users in the VPN (Portal authentication based on HTTP/HTTPS protocol is supported since V200R013C00). Authentication for users with the same address.

In V200R020C00 and later versions, the device does not support built-in Portal authentication. In versions earlier than V200R020C00, built-in Portal authentication is only a test feature and does not support commercial use.
I also checked the software download from the support website, there isn't the portalpage.zip file in the extracted files.

so what external Portal server can V200R020C00  use, ossh?.
