In the output of the display chip-temperature command, if the status parameter displays normal, it means that the temperature is normal. If Abnormal is displayed, it means the temperature is abnormal. Normally, LSW 49°C and CPU 50°C are normal.

To view the operating temperature and upper and lower alarm thresholds, run the display chip-temperature command.

Meanings of parameters in the formula are as follows:
Major (Celsius): threshold for a major temperature alarm.
Fatal (Celsius): threshold for a critical temperature alarm.
Current (Celsius): current temperature value.

If a switch is operating in an environment that is not well ventilated, temperature alarms may be generated on cards due to a small value of the threshold for major temperature alarms. In this case, clean the air filter of the switch or increase the alarm threshold to an appropriate value.
