S3700 internal causes of system malfunctions

good day,

please assist and advice, the S3700 cannot load a patch file

I am aware that the below error means there's bugs on the system/in the switch but I am not sure how to resolve it, I hoe you can assist

<Quidway>patch load S3700_V100R006SPH025.pat al
<Quidway>patch load S3700_V100R006SPH025.pat all
Error: Failed to run this command because of internal causes of system malfunctions.

NB: on my dir I can see the patched successfully loaded and on my >display patch-information

You patch version and software version are not the same.

For software version, you use V100R005 version. But you use V100R006 version patch.

If you want to load the new patch, you should upgrade the software to V100R006 version first.
