How to change the weight of a S3300 series to make load balancing between the two ports

the display command shows below

The weight of the eth-trunk member interface cannot be changed on the s series switch. If the load is unbalanced,
You need to check whether interface bandwidths and the configurations at both ends of the link are consistent and try to change the load balancing mode:

You can configure the working mode of the ETH-Trunk as the manual load balancing mode. In this mode, all active interfaces of the Eth-Trunk will share the data traffic evenly. If the active link fails, the data flows will be shared equally among the remaining active interfaces.
You can configure the working mode of the ETH-Trunk to be static LACP mode. You can configure the LACP priority of the system and interface to determine the active and active interfaces. When the active link fails, the backup link with the highest priority goes active and forwards the data.

You can set the load balancing mode of an Eth-Trunk to dmac.

The S3300 supports the following load balancing modes:

dst-ip: load balancing based on the destination IP address. In this mode, the system obtains the specified three bits from each of the destination IP address and the TCP or UDP port number in outgoing packets to perform the Exclusive-OR calculation, and then selects the outgoing interface from the Eth-Trunk table according to the calculation result.
dst-mac: load balancing based on the destination MAC address. In this mode, the system obtains the specified three bits from each of the destination MAC address, VLAN ID, Ethernet type, and incoming interface information to perform the Exclusive-OR calculation, and then selects the outgoing interface from the Eth-Trunk table according to the calculation result.
src-ip: load balancing based on the source IP address. In this mode, the system obtains the specified three bits from each of the source IP address and the TCP or UDP port number in incoming packets to perform the Exclusive-OR calculation, and then selects the outgoing interface from the Eth-Trunk table according to the calculation result.
src-mac: load balancing based on the source MAC address. In this mode, the system obtains the specified three bits from each of the source MAC address, VLAN ID, Ethernet type, and incoming interface information to perform the Exclusive-OR calculation, and then selects the outgoing interface from the Eth-Trunk table according to the calculation result.
src-dst-ip: load balancing based on the Exclusive-OR result of the source IP address and destination IP address. In this mode, the system performs the Exclusive-OR calculation between the Exclusive-OR results of the dip and sip modes, and then selects the outgoing interface from the Eth-Trunk table according to the calculation result.
src-dst-mac: load balancing based on the Exclusive-OR result of the source MAC address and destination MAC address. In this mode, the system obtains three bits from each of the source MAC address, destination MAC address, VLAN ID, Ethernet type, and incoming interface information to perform the Exclusive-OR calculation, and then selects the outgoing interface from the Eth-Trunk table according to the calculation result.
