Hi-coins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)
I have an S2750-28TP-PWR-EI-AC already configured and I would like to change the configuration. How can I do? I have to connect the PC to the ETH port and press the mode button, but then it resets or, if not saved, the configuration that already exists remains. Thank you

Hello @gionny,

When logging in to the device again, you do not need to press the mode button. You only need to open the web page, enter the default address192.168.1.253 or the address you set, and log in to the device.

switch

For further questions, let us know.

Then I tried, but the switch in question seems not to have an IP address and therefore scanning with ipscanner does not detect it on the network. I don't have the console cable, the switch is connected to an ac-6005 which manages 10 wi-fi ap 5130. How can I access the switch? why would you like to change vlan from 192.168.1.1/24 to 192.168.4.1/23. Thanks

dear please use this command to reset the configuration on user view
<huawei>"reset saved-configuration" and save
then jump to system-view and add your configuration
[huawei]
after you finished your configuration quit from the sys-view to the user-view using "quit" command then save it using the "save" command in the user-view

also in some switches after you finished the configuration you must apply the "commit" command in order for the configuration to take effect

Hi,

Why are you not using Console cable to connect to switch? It would be easier to enter the CLI and access it to update configuration.

Thanks
