here is the Notice on MIB Releasement on the Huawei Support Website,it seems only the authorized can download the MIB file,plz confirm if you have the authority.

Thank you, but my account has only customer user permissions. On your link need company partner account permissions for download. Few years ago I was registered SN s2326TP-EI and s9303. I can download instructions, software and others without any restrictions. I don't understand why mib file strictly secured for download, I think it's must be free and open for wide customers. I get attempt to link my aacount with company associate, but my company not find in database.

maybe Huawei locked this for the purpose of protecting intellectual property rights，and this document was released on 2014-01-24,maybe everyone can download instructions before this time, and blocked after that.

Please contact e.support@huawei.com to enhance your Huawei account privilege. And also, please send the SN and the contract number of the product along the email. Or you can contact your channel partner to apply for you.

To obtain the MIB files, visit http://support.huawei.com/enterprise and download MIB-XXXX.zip based on the product name and version.
