  Rewarded HiCoins: 2 (problem resolved)

Hello everyone.

Please suggest me how to resolve the problem. I such an idiot. I  accidentally formatted flash on the S1720 switch. And now I have no idea how to restore the switch. There is no console port, and I'm not sure if there is a BootRom menu.

The current behavior of the switch is an endless reboot. There are no links on it's ports. I also tried to connect the console cable  to Ethernet ports, but Putty doesn't show anything.

Please help me. What am I have to do with this?

Thank you.

Hi @user_3377041
I checked with our R&D guys, it seems that you didn't erase the firmware but the startup file. Please try reset the switch to factory setting by hold down the RST button for at least 6 seconds, and reboot the switch.
If the switch still keep rebooting contiously, the switch might need to return to depot.

Thank you for your reply.
But how do I enter the BootROM menu if there is no console port? Is there any way to enter to BootROM menu through the Ethernet port on the switch?
