RUNNING STATUS port, it is still DOWN.

I would like to ask for help. We installed a new microwave link (RTN 380AX on both sides). The service is 10G LAN. On the one side, where the service is connected to DWDM, we have a problem.

On the 10G port we see the INPUT signal in NCE = -14,7 dBm = the value is in the interval and is OK.

But if we check the RUNNING STATUS port, it is still DOWN. See below.

In the picture you can see that your P&E port is Down, this port is the power supply port, you need to talk about the power supply port open. The port can only operate.

Hello, maybe you will check this, " this is OK = no POE (P&E port) is used for power supply. The device is powered by a 48V source. COMBO port is used for management = 1G fiber. "

You need to check that the optical power of the end device is normal to determine if the optical transmission link is broken. If the optical power of the end device is normal, you need to check that the port nego titation abillty feedback is successful. Check in the Advanced attributes window or in the Layer 3 Attributes window. If all is normal, the end device has an optical signal and the feedback negotiation is normal. You need to contact your local Huawei representative for assistance.
