Hello friend!

Typical Values:

We know that RTWP can help us in checking the uplink interference, then we need to know its typical values.
In a network is not loaded, normal, acceptable RTWP Average value is generally around -104.5 and -105.5 dBm.
Values around -95 dBm indicate that the cell has some uplink interferers.

RTWP
It is the abbreviation of received total wideband power.
It contains service signalling, interference, and hot noise, its unit is dBm.
It is often used to measure the interference level of a base station. When the base station is no-load, the RTWP is equal to the backgroud noise of the base station.

According to Telecom guides the value should be around -104.5 and -105.5 dBm.
