Problem description
RTP191 IVR did not play the new voice file after replacing the old one.


Analysis progress
1. Checked the IVR other old voice file whether work or not.
2. Replaced the old voice file by the new voice file.
3. Checked the Cloud IPCC Version : CloudIPCCV600R006C10SPC100.
4. Checked the USM version : V600R006C10SPC300.
Root cause
The new voice file is not in the share/vpshare/update file, causing the new voice file not to be able to be replayed.
Solution description
Put the new note tone in the update directory of the share/voice and share/vpshare directory and the system will update automatically.
