Hello everyone
I have RTN 950a and OSHO board with ISM6 if board
When I login the ISM6 is unknown.
What is the reason can anyone help me.

The reason why the ISM6 board cannot be identified is that the software version is too early. The ISM6 board is of the R5 version. I checked that the ISM6 board is supported only after the R7 version.

Therefore, you are advised to upgrade the software version to a version later than V100R007 and to V100R09. You can perform the following steps to upgrade the software version:

As the alarm message "MW_LOF", we can find that the IF board is at fault.

Possible cause: 

  • The ISM6 is in poor contact with the backplane.

  • The backplane in slot 1 may be faulty.

  • The ISM6 board may be faulty.

Therefore, you are advised to solve the problem in the following ways:

1. Take out the ISM6 board and insert it into slot 2.

2. Replace an ISM6 board and insert it again.
