RTN950 Issue while adding in U2000

Product name: u2000 r17c60

The following msg displayed when adding an RTN950 to the topology view. The license of U2000 as well as Omnisite has already been updated and within the expiration period. Please check if there’re further steps to allocate the licenses to the NEs. Thanks!

Please check whether the license resources are used up.

If the license is used up, you may need to check whether your license file is valid (whether the ESN is correct). If there is no problem, try again. If the problem persists, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the U2000 server using the CLI.

2. Connect to the database: isql -Usa -SDBSVR -PXXXXXXX    #xxxx indicates the password.

3. Run the following command: 

delete MCDB..tbl_TransNVCfg where Name like' MWLcsPool_NeOverFlowTS_%'OR Name like'MWLcsPool_OverFlowTS_%'

4. Restart the eml_pubsvr process and perform system monitoring.

5. Log out of the U2000 client and add or upload NEs again.

Note: Operations on the database are risky. You are advised to contact local Huawei engineers to create an eCaer ticket. Huawei engineers will provide remote technical support for you.

Choose Configuration > NE Batch Configuration > RTU License Details from the main menu (traditional style); alternatively, double-click Fix-Network NE Configuration in Application Center and choose Configuration > NE Batch Configuration > RTU License Details from the main menu (application style). Correct?

Currently, two types of licenses are involved: one is the number of NEs managed by the U2000 and the other is the number of NEs authorized by the U2000. (For example, we need to add a board or a special port to the NE.)

From the description and screenshots, you can see that the problem you encountered belongs to the first license problem.

In the NE Batch Configuration menu, the license is the second type of license.
