RTN950 failed to create 1+1SD protection

Hello, guys!

Today I created 1+1SD protection on the IF board of the RTN950 device. The system prompts me that the board object does not exist, and the error code is 38666. Why is that? What should I do?

Please check the following three points for self-examination. 
1. Check whether the logic board is added;

2. Check whether the device and network management (or web lct) versions are compatible;

3. Check whether the ODU logic board is added.
