How to check on weblct if RTN is restarted i-e rtn is powered off and then restarted again.?
Unable to delete previous card configuration from rtn 950, for example previously isu2 card was working on port 7 I replaced it with isv3 card but I wasn't able to delete isu2 card.?

Hello there!

I think that the services or protections that may be configured on the isu2 board cannot be deleted. Please delete the related services first. If no services are configured, please try to delete them after resetting.

You can login to Dc Tools then select RTN.press right click and select initiate database.after that will delete all configuration
