Only when the IP address is in the same network segment can communicate with each other. When the device is configured remotely, the base station device only transmits signals. Its own configuration IP may not be in the same network segment as the RTN device.

Hello,

No, the Ip address of the RTN board and eSCN Ip are not in the same vlan segment.
eSCN Ip is related to the mangement system of the eNodeB
Ip address of the RTN board is related to the mangement system of the RTN950A
