SP3D
The SP3D is a 32xE1 75-ohm/120- ohm tributary board.

EFP8
The EFP8 is an 8-port FE EoPDH processing board. The EFP board is
connected to the packet plane through its bridging GE port.
Functions
1- Receives/Transmits 8xFE signals and 1xGE packet plane signals and performs EoPDHprocessing.
2- FE electricalport: 10/100BASET(X) = 8.
3- Supported
Intra-board LAG & Spanning tree protocol

EM6D
EM6Dis a 6-port Ethernet processing board that supports the Super Dual Band
feature. It provides two 10GE ports, two 2.5GE ports, and two GE ports.

1- Receives/Transmits GE service signals, and processes these signals by
working with the packet switching unit.
2- GE port Two ports with any of the following SFP+/SFP module types: l
Dual-fiber bidirectional GE optical module l Single-fiber bidirectional GE

EG4
EG4boards are 4xGE interface boards, which provide flexible combinations of port
types to meet a wide variety of service requirements. One EG4/EG4P board
provides a maximum of four ports, two always being RJ45 electrical ports and
the other two being small form-factor pluggable (SFP) ports or RJ45 electrical
ports. On an EG4P board, the two fixed RJ45 electrical ports provide the RTN
300 full-outdoor radio equipment series with power and service signals
simultaneously.
Functions
1- Receives/Transmits GE service signals, and processes these signals by
working with the packet switching unit.
2- Provides four GE ports. l Provides two unpluggableGE electrical ports (through which EG4P boards support power over ethernet).
l Provides two unpluggable GE electrical ports or two SFP
optical ports. Supports the following types of SFP modules: – Dual-fiber
bidirectional FE/GE optical module – Single-fiber bidirectional FE/GE
module
3- Backplane bus bandwidth l 1 Gbit/s when an EG4/EG4P board works

SL1D/SL1DA
The SL1D/SL1DA is a 2xSTM-1 optical interface board. The SL1D/SL1DA can also
provide STM-1 electrical ports by using SFP electrical modules. Besides all the functions provided by the SL1D, the SL1DA supports the K byte
pass-through function.
Functions
1- Receives and transmits 2xSTM-1 optical/electrical signals.
2- Optical ports Uses SFP optical
modules to provide optical ports of Ie-1, S-1.1, L-1.1, and L-1.2 types. And Provides ITU-T G.957-compliant optical port
specifications.
3- Electrical ports l Adopts SFP electrical modules. And The performance of the
electrical ports comply with ITU-T G.703.
4- Supports the following loopback types: Outloopsat optical/electrical ports and Inloopsat optical/electrical ports and Outloopson VC-4 paths l Inloops on VC-4 paths.
5- OutbandDCN Provides a 3-, 9-, or 12-byte DCC channel over each SDH line port.

ISM6
ISM6boards are new-generation dual-channel IF boards. Each provides two ports.
Functions
1- l Receives and transmits 2xIF signals.
2- Provides management channels to ODUs.
3- Supplies -48 V power to ODUs.
4- Radio types l Integrated IP microwave & SDH radio.
5- Service types in Integrated IP microwave mode & Native E1 + Ethernet l
Native STM-1 + Ethernet.
6- Service types in SDH radio mode & STM-1 l 2xSTM-1 .
7- Link protection 1+1 HSB/FD/SD protection (HSB stands for hot standby, FD
stands for frequency diversity, and SD stands for space diversity.) &
Supported 1+1 HSB/FD/SD protection is supported between intraboardports. & Supported 1+1 HSB/FD/SD protection is supported between interboardports. N+1 protection Supported Link aggregation groups (LAGs) at air
interfaces.
8- Supports inband DCN. DCN bandwidth is

4- Microwave type TU/STM-1-based microwave.
5- Supported 1+1 HSB/FD/SD protection & N+1 protection & SNCP

7- Supported OutbandDCN l When working in PDH microwave mode with a capacity lower than 16xE1, uses

ISX2
The ISX2 is a universal XPIC IF board and provides the XPIC function for
signals transmitted/received in Integrated IP microwave mode and SDH radio
mode. The ISX2 uses the DC-I power distribution mode.

The CSHUA is the integrated Hybrid/Packet/Routing system control, switching,

2- Cross-connect capacity Supports VC-12/VC-3/VC-4 full time-division
cross-connections (equivalent to 32x32 VC-4s).
3- System control and communication Manages, monitors, and controls the running
status of the IDU, and works as a communication service unit between the NMS
and boards, thereby allowing the NMS to control and manage the NE.
4- Provides the system clock and frame headers of service signals and overhead
signals for the other boards by tracing any of the following clock sources: l
External clock l SDH line clock l PDH tributary clock l Microwave link clock l
Synchronous Ethernet clock.
5- Supports the following clock protection schemes: l Protection based on clock
source priorities l Protection by running the SSM protocol l Protection by
running the extended SSM protocol.

full time-division cross-connections (equivalent to 32x32 VC-4s) at the VC-12,
VC-3, or VC-4 level.
