It's very common that different products have different SNMP OID definition, and the definition may also change between different software versions.

In you case, the RTN 910 is using 1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.2.25.4 for TSL/RSL data, but, it's quite possible RTN 950 is using another OID other than 1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.2.25.4 for this data. So, if you want to get the TSL/RSL of RTN 950, you should get the right OID for your version of RTN 950 to parse the SNMP messages, which is defined in the MIB file.

So in simple, you should use the MIB file for your version of RTN 950, instead of using the RTN 910 one.

As the MIB file has restricted access, we can't get it freely. You should contact the local Huawei support team, provide your eqiupment information, and ask them to help you getting it.

Are you trying to say, the equipment reported is not using the OID defined in MIB file?
What I could think of this problem , it is the MIB file not matching, please check if the correct MIB file has been loaded on your NMS.
The MIB file should be released in a name like "OptiX RTN 950 V100RxxxCxxSPCxxx(5.xx.xx.xx) SoftWare_Mib.zip", please make sure the version matches with the equipment version. If you once upgraded the software of equipment, new MIB should be used on NMS side.

>>Are you trying to say, the equipment reported is not using the OID defined in MIB file?
yes
fw on all my RTN 950 - OptiX RTN 950 V100R009C10SPC200(5.76.09.23) SoftWare_Pkg
MIBs - OptiX RTN 950 V100R009C10SPC200(5.76.09.23) SoftWare_Mib

i find in mib file OPTIX-RTN-IFBOARD-ATTRIB-MIB.MIB this :

-- 1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.2.25.4.40.3.11.3.1.1
optixRtnFadeMarginExtRsl0 OBJECT-TYPE
SYNTAX INTEGER
MAX-ACCESS read-write
STATUS current
DESCRIPTION
"Indicates the initial receive power."
::= { optixRtnFMValueEntry 1 }

But all my RTN 950 do not have all tree 1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.2.25.4....
for configuring my RTN i use WebLCT, i donn't have huawei NMS

I wonder, when you say “RTN 950 don't have all tree **", do you mean you can't get trap message from RTN with that OID? If so, try enable all performance reporting with WebLCT.
And, with your version of RTN 950, one should use WebLCT V200R016C60 or later version to match with it.
