Hi, Mapping the RTN 905 MON/TOD or 950 MON/TOD2 port, we have: 3 (Rx-), 5 (GND), 6 (Rx +), 7 (Tx-), 8 (Tx +) >>> Protocol RS422 Mapping the port of ETP4830 we have: 1 (Tx +), 2 (Tx-), 4 (Rx +), 5 (Rx-) >>> RS485 3 (Rx), 7 (Tx) >>> RS232 6 (GND) The connection attempt was by crossing Tx (+/-) with Rx (+/-). With the information from the protocols, it is possible that this difference is the reason for the failure. But I don't understand how the ETP4830 is

Maybe the protocol to monitor the ETP4830 module is not written in the RTN905. You can contact the product manager with your request. |
