in eLTE system,about RSRP and SINR values:

1- these values is not a rule it can be a little change as this values is put in the normal environment.

2-the weather, the far of the BTS from the users,, many parameters affect on SINR and RSRP

---->so these parameter done after many test and it is the normal environment,,
