Problem Description : RSE6500 is having Major Alarm "Error in checking power supply "

Problem Analysis :
1.)Check the Version of the RSE6500 V500R002C00SPCb00
2.) Check the Physical Power Supply LED light at the back of the RSE6500.
3.) No Red Light, Both Power Supply is connected to the Power point and in Green Color.
4.) Log into RSE6500 Web Page and Choose Basic Setting ---->Auto Reboot setting. ( It is not Tick )
5.)Export the Logs for further analysis.

6.)Telnet into the RSE6500 and type : display alarm
Alarm ID : 192 is found

Root Cause : The RSE6500 did not configured as "Auto Reboot" before for more than 3 months. Suggest to reboot the RSE6500 and it will clear the History Alarm.
RSE6500 memory cache is not clear and causes the History Alarm still appering in the Web browser. Make sure the Plug is insert tigh and connected.
Solution Description :
1.)Plug in the Power Plug properly and make sure no alarm from the RSE6500. The Alarm will auto Clear.
If the Alarm did not auto clear, reboot the RSE6500.
2.) Enable the Auto Reboot on the RSE6500 so it can automatically reboot on every morning 2 - 2.02am to maintain the performance of RSE6500.
