The RSE6500 has two types: Built-in storage and external storage. The built-in storage system consists of two 8 GB solid state disks and two 1 TB (or 2 TB) mechanical hard disks. The 8 GB solid state disk is used to store the operating system, service software, and data generated during service running (such as databases and logs). The mechanical hard disk is used to store video files and conference materials. The solid state disk and mechanical hard disk use the RAID1 technology for 1+1 backup. On an external storage device, the RSE6500 supports NFS and IP SAN.
P.S.: You can disable the RAID on the web interface. After the RAID is disabled, the two hard disks can be used independently.
