2nd RRU reboots frequently and can not  serve subscribers.   This RRUs used for LTE1800 (Band-3).

We notice that only difference between this two RRU's  are HW version.

Need help,  what is difference  and why 2nd RRU frequently reboots?

Dear user.
The information you give is too little. I can't judge whether it is due to antenna failure or restart due to the version problem.
It is recommended that you can upgrade the version. If the failure is not eliminated after the upgrade, it may be a device failure.

There are several reasons that may cause a restart:

1. It may be reset if the temperature is too high (>90 degrees).

2. On-site power supply problem.

3. Caused by equipment hardware problems.

4. There is a problem with the software.

5. The RRU transmit power is too large resulting in power down.

If you want to locate the cause, you need the base station log.

We do not recommend customers to upgrade themselves, because this is a risky operation. We recommend that you can seek help from your local Huawei representative office. https://e.huawei.com/en/service-hotline-query

The alarm is RF Unit Maintenance Link Failure.

I think its some think with HW version.  Because all  not working RRU's have same HW version.
