I mean for a non-client or client of BGP peer, they don't know whether they are RR client or not, cause the RR configuration only configured on the RR itself. They just take the RR router as a common IBGP peer. As you know, the horizon split will prevent the IBGP routes from being spreaded between the IBGP peers, in which scenario, the routes would be no more transmitted to the remote IBGP peers. |
