This is a solution to the RP failure to connect to the network.
Issue Description
After Installing the RP, the customer got a message that the RP failed to connect to the internet.
Handling Process
We checked the browser settings and we found that the RP IP address wasn't added to the Trusted sites on the browser settings.
Root Cause
RP IP address wasn't added to the Trusted sites on the browser settings.
Solution
From the Internet Explorer menu bar, choose Tools > Internet Options.
Click the Security tab, Trusted sites, and then Sites.
In the Add this website to the zone text box, enter the IP address of your RP. Then click Add.
Click OK.
