Anyone knows where I can find my broadband account and password? It is required for setting up my Huawei AX3 Router (Germany).

Hello, friend!

You can log in to the device WebUI to view or change the broadband account and password based on the device nameplate information.

If your device is a customized version of the ISP, you need to contact the ISP to obtain the PPPoE broadband dial-up account and password.

Thanks!

well
Thanks for your responses. The router is not a customized one. I can access the 192.168.3.1 site and do all the settings, but it says "connection to the internet failed". It does work with my old router. I wonder whether I have to add the broadband account and password or not. The ISP refers me to the Huawei service and cannot help.

... and the device itself (Router AX3) does not have a specific password on the backside tag.

Ok, so, I got the info from the Support now that the AX3 does not function as standalone router and needs another main router. Seems I am not smart enough to understand the product description. Will send it back. Thanks anyway for your help.
