Hello thanks so much for the response i have tried the user name and password you have provided but it wont work i have contacted the ISP but they wont tell for some reason. |

Thanks again i have tried resetting the router this morning. but they still changed the password from the default while giving access to internet. It seems i have to find other solution thanks for the concern.

You are welcome! If the account and password cannot be used to log in to the device after the reset, the device is customized by the ISP and the default account and password are changed by the ISP. Only the default account and password of the DG8245V general version can be viewed here. |
