Hi, friend!

I have a Huawei (HG8546M) router which my ISP provided me. Once I need to reset my router and reset it. After resetting I am unable to access my router page.

Plz, help me, thank you!

Hi, friend!

Log in the WebUI of HG8546M, and the terminal needs to be in the same network segment with HG8546M.

You need to check whether the access terminal is in the same network segment with HG8546M. You can try to Ping the IP of the device (the IP address shown on the device nameplate). If the Ping does not work, it means that the IP of the terminal is not in the same network segment with HG8546M, so the access fails.

HG series products:IP address: 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.100.1

Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0


Set the IP address to be in the same network segment as the LAN IP address of the ONT.


For example:

IP address: 192.168.1.100

Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
