Router issue on remote network

I am experience an issues with my router that works on a host network but not working on a remote one. Can anyone share the reason along with solution?

What I am trying to convey is that router can communicate with host networks as it is my own network segment. However, I am unable to connect remote networks connection and find difficulties in connecting to hosts on a remote network.

If you cannot connect to the remote network, my advice is to check the device's routing table first. The network communication failure is caused by unreachable routes.
