Router i cant modify Wan Connfiguration

Hi,

I have Huawei router model: HG8447   

I want to change it to bridge mode but  Wan Configuration I cant add new or delete......... also I log in as admin. 

Also, the router does not connect to the internet and ISP I want to make it an AP  ......
