Router Huawei HG630 V2 internet speed reduced

Hi Every one I have Router Huawei HG630V2 -

Software version: V100R001C105B020 TEDATA , Hardware version: VER.B

Device ID: 00E0FC-T5D7S18921946648 ,

The problem is the internet speed after used this router reduced to 1.8 Mbps even before by using my old Tp Link router the internet speed was 6 Mbps

I have the same ISP company no change , same internet Plan no change , I called My ISP company without any useful change !!

Anyone can help me ? is there any Configuration I have to do with Huawei router HG630V2
