Router HG8245H5 - Parental control not working

Dear All,
My Router Model: HG8245H5
I try to add a parental control to my router but it is not working.
When i add a URL's to black list, it cut all the Internet access for all the sites.
So I did several approach to overcome this issue, but still the same result.
I cannot add the complete URL also to the white list or black list (No error or nothing is happening).
What I really need to do is, block the YouTube channel only.
