ADSL HG552e problem, only the power light works .

Please solve the problem or provide a software

HG552e has beyond the EOS time(kindly refer to https://support.huawei.com/carrier/docview?nid=NEWS2100010201&path=PBI1-7275726/PBI1-7275738/PBI1-23709862/PBI1-22892995/PBI1-9877600).
You might follow the step in the link https://support.huawei.com/carrier/docview?nid=DOC1000211010&path=PBI1-7275726/PBI1-7275738/PBI1-23709862/PBI1-22892995/PBI1-9877600 to set your router, and trying to reset the router by press the reset button on the router.
Also, you are advised to contact with your ISP to get suggestions.
