I would like to have your help I have rack router and fiber optic converter, I have internet installed from a point, but it turns out that it is very slow. What can I do to make it fast, or what can I fix? I'd really appreciate your cooperation.

you may do the following tasks to isolate issue of slow internet and share snapshot

  1. Ping your gateway ( you can get gw Ip from cmd by typing ipconfig /all command)

  2. Ping 8.8.8.8

  3. speedtest result

Check whether the device is faulty based on the port rate and real-time wireless rate.


If the network speed is too low, the ISP may issue a bandwidth limit.
