Hi user please try it again as below steps:

1. When the router is on press the reset button for 3-5 seconds by using a pointed object until the indicator starts to blink
2. Restoring factory settings will restore the settings to the default
3. You can reconfig them after the router is restored

Hi,
Is the default user name and password on the label on the back of the router help? If you changed the default password, I think, you might need to reset the router through the reset button.
