in Cisco we can set  user and privilege mode password but in huawei how to set user and system view password?

i have the following problem while configuration this topology as you can see in the attachment.

1 before applying tunnel policy to vpn instance A and B i can ping each and every ip of the topology. 

2 all tunnels are up

3 after applying the tunnel policy to both instances A and B . i can not ping to the remote ip of instance A and B

4 all tunnel are up 

5 all routes from the site not available in local router after the tunnel policy applied

mpls te is the topology and  second is the configuration file please check...

i am facing problem with this topology. in circular area i have configure ospf and VRRP. 2 VRRP instances are configured. on router 1 one is master and second is back up. similarly on second router 2 one is active and second is back up.

2 in triangular area MSTP is configured with 2 instances 1 and 2. s5700sw1 is the primary root for the instance 1. in instance 1 i have added 2 to 10 vlans. and s5700 sw1 is the back up for instance 2 with vlan 11 to 20.similarly s5700 sw2 is configured as root primary for instance 2 and back up for instance 1. in interface are configured as trunk and allow to pass all vlans

3 on s 5700 sw1 the interface gi0/0/1 is configured as trunk with all vlan to pass

4 s5700 sw2 i have configured the link gi0/0/21 as  the trunk with all van to pass

5 some clients are added to vlan 2 and some are added to vlan 14

6 i am unable to ping the the any ip on routers

gi0/0/21  gi0/0/1 shuold blong to a vlan as a access port or configured as the trunk as i did?

8 i want the load balancing 

if you have any solution the kindly guide me
