Check the following command, uncontroller AP section, the RSSI parameter. Normally the RSSI should be arrount 65% as Yaphet suggest above.

At the centern between two APs, if station can receive AP signal around -65dBm, this is a good netwrok plan for WLAN. You can use huawei WLAN-planner to test.

The -64 to -10 RSSI is good signal, what Yaphet was suggested was related to Roaming to know when the distance from one ap to another is optimal.
You can test this with a STA (stations) like smartphone or laptop and stay at the center between the two APs, and after that test the station signal by using display station command.

display station { ap-group ap-group-name | ap-name ap-name | ap-id ap-id | ssid ssid | sta-mac sta-mac-address | vlan vlan-id | all }
