RH2288H V3 missing Product SN when adding to eSight

I am trying to add a RH2288H V3 into eSight, SNMPv3 settings are correct but the add fails with the error message


"Failed to add the server. Possible cause:The server Product SN is Nonexistent."


When checking from the iBMC the Product Serial Number field in overview is empty.

Did you replace the mainboard before ? if yes , please get the contract number and then create a ticket to TAC . ask them to burn the SN into server . if your OS is Linux , try to run command "dmidecode -s system-serial-number" to get the SN from OS .

if you didn't replace mainboard never , did you try to upgrade iBMC and BIOS ?
