【Problem description】
At a customer site, many LSI SAS3008 errors are recorded in the in-band logs of an RH2288 V3 and the service program freezes.
【Problem analysis】
A large number of sense key messages are recorded in the RAID controller card log.

Sense key description: The drive I/O times out. As a result, the RAID controller card is reset. This also indicates that service freeze occurs.

The SMART scores are normal.

【Solution description】
Conclusion: The RAID controller card links are faulty.
Solution: Replace the RAID controller card, SAS cables and drive backplane.
