ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Our Huawei RH2288H V3 server has an alarm, and the alarm is 'The PCIe card n(RAID) is faulty'.
ISSUE ANALYSIS
Collected the log and checked whether the sel log displays that BBU is faulty.
Also checked whether maintaince_log display that we need to replace BBU.
Checked RAID_Controller_Info.txt: The PCIe Card n (RAID) card is normal, the BBU status is abnormal and a message is displayed, indicating that the BBU needs to be replaced.
The error points are consistent. The The PCIe card n (RAID) BBU is replaced, and no other obvious exception is reported. The error message is correct.
SOLUTION
We replace with a new BBU and the issue is solved.
