RH2288 server installs Windows2008 x64 r2 and always encounters bootmgr is missing when restarting for the first time.

Sometimes it is enough to change the installation disk. This time it will not work to change 2 disks, but the other brand servers are fine. Is there a problem with the settings of Bios?
