Hello, dear.

You can refer to the following information:

RFUSD_DELAY_UNEQUAL

Description

The RFUSD_DELAY_UNEQUAL alarm indicates that the delay of main and diversity signals is inconsistent.

Attribute

Alarm SeverityAlarm Type
CriticalEquipment alarm

Parameters

None

Impact on the System

When this alarm occurs, links on air interfaces contain bit errors or services on the links are unavailable.

Possible Causes

  • Cause 1: Delay compensation is disabled.

  • Cause 2: Difference between the heights of main and diversity antennas is too large.

  • Cause 3: The RFU-SD hardware is faulty.

Procedure

  1. Cause 1: Delay compensation is disabled.

    1. Check whether delay compensation is enabled. If no, enable the function.

  2. Cause 2: Difference between the heights of main and diversity antennas is too large.

    1. Check whether heights of the antennas complies with the network plan. If no, adjust the antenna height.

  3. Cause 3: The RFU-SD hardware is faulty.

    1. Replace the RFU-SD.

Thanks!

You can refer to the following information:

Setting the Cable Transmission Offset for External Time Ports

This section describes how to compensate transmission delay of external time ports.

Prerequisites

  • You must be an NM user with NE administrator authority or higher.

  • NE Clock Type is set to BCOC, or TC+BC for an NE, and Interface Mode in External Time Interface is set to External Time Interface.

note_3.0-en-us.png
  • If IEEE 1588v2 is used, NE Clock Type is BCOC, or TC+BC.

  • If ITU-T G.8275.1 is used, NE Clock Type is T-BC.

Tools, Equipment, and Materials

NCE

note_3.0-en-us.png

Web LCT also supports this operation and the steps are the same as those on the NCE.

Procedure

  1. In the NE Explorer, select the required NE from the Object Tree and choose Configuration > Clock > PTP Clock > External Time Interface from the Function Tree.

  2. Click the Cable Transmitting Distance tab.

  3. Set parameters for the cable transmission distance according to the planning information.en-us_image_0188446809.png

  4. Click Apply.

Perhaps a false alarm was generated. I provide you with the contact information of Huawei's local representative office. You can ask the local representative office for more technical support.
